New License Key (Rockey2 and NetRockety4ND)

General information

  • The key is fully compatible with the software and tools (Updater – INELO, TachoScan from version 6.2.2).
  • The key operates on port 3152 TCP/UDP (if additional security measures are in place, the port should be added to the exceptions in the Windows firewall).

Local Key Rockey2

Local Key Rockey2 (black) does not require driver installation. Once plugged into the USB port, the system will automatically install the required components directly from the Windows system.

Network Key NetRockey4ND

Network Key NetRockey4ND (red) network key requires drivers, which are automatically installed with the 4Trans software from version 6.2.2.

  • If the NetRockey4ND network key service does not start automatically, it should be started manually. The file nrSvr.exe for launching can be found in the Rockey folder, which is by default located at:
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\INELO\4Trans
  • In case manual driver installation is required (e.g., due to blocking by antivirus software during automatic installation with TachoScan software), the drivers should be installed manually. Administrator privileges are required for the user during installation.
Download the drivers from the link below, extract them, and then run the installation.
  • The drivers are also available on the INELO website at the following address:
Download Drivers for Network Key – Rockey Key

Network Key Configuration Options:

For the NetRockey4ND, in the key options (see the helper screenshot below), it is recommended to set the connection to the IP address of the computer to which the license key is plugged in. Detailed information regarding the key settings can be found in the ini file, which is located in the main directory of the TachoScan software.
