How to update the date and time in the TachoReader Combo Plus device?
1. Connect your device to your computer;
2. The device will appear as a removable disk named PNSTACHO. Open this disk and then start the TachoReaderConfigurator.exe (or kontaktor.exe) file;
3. Change any option;
4. Click [Save].
To return to previous settings, repeat the procedure by selecting the appropriate options and then save the configuration
What should you do if the date and time update fails?
If the update fails, please complete the service request form (available here).

The problem with updating the date and time may be caused by discharged battery on the device’s motherboard. The problem affects devices manufactured in 2012 and 2013.
